書蟲鍛煉

講故事時間不一定只適合就寢時間。 給孩子講故事並為他們進行鍛煉是在午睡前消除緊張情緒的好方法。


嘗試選擇一個單詞經常重複的書。 將所選單詞分配給練習,例如跳躍千斤頂。 每次故事中出現這個詞時,他們都必須做這個練習。


以下是一些重複故事書的例子:

- Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed by Eileen Christelow

- Blue Hat, Green Hat by Sandra Boynton

- Are You My Mother by P.D. Eastman

- Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault

- The Lorax by Dr. Seuss
